Progress on two fronts
It’s been an exciting week here at the Foundry. Our Kickstarter project to restore our Orphan Annie Sorts Caster got off to a great start – with 80% of our goal pledged during the first week – and we continue to make progress on the ventilation system.
Foundry receives IBM Community Grant
I hope you all are enjoying the photographs of our progress unpacking the type foundry equipment and building out our museum space. Foundry receives Puffin Foundation grant
We are happy to announce that the Foundry is the recipient of a 2010 Puffin Foundation Ltd. grant of $700 to help with operational expenses (i.e. the rent!) as we build out the foundry and museum space.
